Do you accept insurance?

Since our ultrasounds are elective and for entertainment purposes only, insurance does not apply. We are a self pay studio but we are happy to provide transparent pricing so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Is ultrasound safe?

Yes - ultrasound is completely safe for both you and your baby when performed by a trained professional. It uses gentle sound waves (not radiation!) to create images, and has been trusted in pregnancy care for decades. At our studio, all ultrasounds are non-diagnostic and done by an experienced technician who follows recommended safety guidelines. We keep our sessions short, sweet and full of joy!

When is the best time to come in for images?

Want the best baby pics? Timing is everything! We recommend coming in for your 3D ultrasound between 28 and 34 weeks. Around 28 weeks, your baby starts to fill out with adorable little rolls and by 38 weeks they may run out of room to strike their best poses. That said, you’re welcome to book anytime - your baby’s grand debut on screen is always worth watching!

Do I need to have a full bladder?

No - you absolutely do not have to have a full bladder. Being hydrated is recommended but do not come in ready to burst!

Is there parking on site?

Yes - there is a full parking lot located at the back of the building. There is also parking on the side of the building with a side entrance. Whichever is more convenient for you.

How many people can I bring with me?

Feel free to bring as many friends and family as you’re comfortable sharing this special moment with. Whether it’s a cozy little gathering or a big celebration, we want everyone to enjoy the wonder of seeing your baby together!

Is the studio handicap accessible?

Yes! We are located on the first floor of the building with ramp access from the back parking lot.

Will you be able to tell me how much my baby weighs?

Since our ultrasounds are elective and non-diagnostic we are unable to calculate how much the baby weighs. This is something that needs to be done at your OB/GYNs office.

If you see something concerning will you notify my doctor?

In order to be a client at our studio you will have to be under the supervision of a doctor. Prior to our appointments we will have you fill out a form that lists who your provider is. If there is something we notice that needs immediate attention you and your doctor will be notified.
